Our platform provides personalized fishing instruction services specifically designed for beginning anglers. We offer one-on-one coaching, educational materials, and practical guidance to help novice fishers develop fundamental skills and knowledge in recreational fishing.

Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security. You agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Respect equipment and treat all materials with care
• Comply with local fishing regulations and environmental guidelines
• Maintain respectful communication with instructors and staff
• Provide honest feedback regarding skill level and experience

Users are responsible for their own fishing licenses and permits as required by local authorities.

Our services are subject to several limitations. Weather conditions may necessitate lesson cancellations or modifications. Equipment availability is subject to inventory and seasonal factors. Lesson content may vary based on individual progress and environmental conditions. We reserve the right to modify lesson plans to ensure safety and educational effectiveness. Advanced techniques beyond beginner level may require additional specialized instruction not covered under basic service packages.

All instructional materials, lesson plans, educational content, and proprietary teaching methods remain the exclusive property of our service. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without explicit written permission. This includes video recordings, written guides, and specialized techniques taught during lessons. Trademark and copyright protections apply to all branded materials and methodologies.

Fishing activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to water-related hazards, equipment malfunction, and environmental factors. Users participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for personal safety. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or property damage during lessons
• Equipment loss or damage due to user negligence
• Unsuccessful fishing outcomes or catch results
• Transportation to and from lesson locations

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

Payment is required prior to lesson commencement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund eligibility. Weather-related cancellations initiated by our service qualify for full rescheduling or refund. No-show appointments forfeit payment unless extraordinary circumstances are documented and verified.

Personal information collected during registration and service delivery is protected according to applicable privacy laws. We collect only necessary information for service provision and do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Users may request data deletion upon service completion.

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation initially. If resolution cannot be achieved, binding arbitration shall be employed using qualified mediators familiar with recreational service industries. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where services are primarily delivered. Users waive rights to class action participation in favor of individual dispute resolution.

These terms may be updated periodically with reasonable notice to users. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of modifications. Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice. Upon termination, all obligations cease except those specifically designed to survive termination, including intellectual property protections and liability limitations.
